We had Computer Doctors update and clean up our PC. It had been almost 4 years since we purchased the PC and it was very slow. They were able to identify the source of the problems and clean up the malware, cookies, temp files, viruses, etc that were slowing things down. I was able to ask many questions including safety issues related to PC’s, passwords, etc. They were very professional with all of their interactions. I would highly recommend Computer Doctors for both personal and business computer service needs.

I have done business with Computer Doctors since 2013. I bought quite a few computers for my business at that time. Since then I have purchased a couple refurbished laptops for my own personal use. Recently I started having problems with my 7 year old lap top. I knew they were the only company I could trust. I stopped by with my old laptop and they were very helpful with my options. I ended up buying another laptop due to the minimum repair costs, age of the computer etc. Unfortunately not able to give them ten stars. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had contracted some nasty issue within the boot sector of my hard drive that was way beyond my ability to detect or delete. Computer Doctors was rather reassuring that they could deal with my problem. I left it over a weekend they had it all fixed on Monday afternoon. I like the fact that they’re not techies that talk down to you, but rather just give you a straight forward approach to the issue. I’d recommend them to anyone that’s shopping for a competent computer repair service center.

My elderly laptop finally bit the dust and I do love supporting local small businesses, so I went to Computer Doctors to see what they had refurbished. There were a couple laptops but a chose a business-grade desktop all-in-one and am so delighted. Great price, they ported all my data over, and are the nicest (= not condescending) guys ever. Big thumbs-up.
